How resilient are your DNS servers? For example, were they affected by the 2016 DDoS attack against Dyn?

We have mitigations in place to prevent abuse. Additionally, we segment customer traffic to separate servers to ensure that non-customers can not impact customers.

Our servers were not attacked or affected during the DDoS attack against Dyn. Like many people, our customers did experience some difficulties with the Internet during the attack because of the number of websites that use Dyn's services.

Also, our engineering team is continually building and improving mitigation techniques to ensure that DNSWatch’s services are resilient during any sort of attack.
