If you try to visit a filtered website over HTTPS, you request will still be filtered. However, you will be presented with a certificate error, which if you click through, you will see the same block page.
We do not recommend users click through certificate errors, but if they do they will still be prevented from going to that filtered domain and will be presented with the DNSWatch block page that explains what's happened.
